sound on web site

Hi!

I want to add a small sound file to a web site http://www.eyesontrack.com

I want a small train noise, wistle or whatever to play ONCE and I want it
to be able to be heard on Netscape, Internet Explorer and Mac and Windows.
Or as many of those as possible! :-)

also,  where can I find a file like that? hopefully free??
